Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology participates in the “International Staff Week” at the University of Seville, Spain

From June 6 to June 10, 2022, the University of Seville, Spain organized the training workshop of “International Staff Week 2022” under the KA 107 Activity funded by Erasmus+ Program. As an active partner, PTIT’s delegation led by Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh, Dean of the Electronics Engineering Faculty participated in this training workshop.

The participants of the training workshop included nearly 60 international cooperation officers and teaching staff from more than 30 universities over the world.

As the host of the training workshop, the leaders and coordinators of the University of Seville welcomed representatives of universities attending the one-week event at different locations of the University of Seville. This is expected to be an opportunity for the institutions to thoroughly discuss the issue of international cooperation in higher education institutions and seek for possibilities in networking and experience learning.

Speaking at the introduction session of the conference, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh, Dean of the Electronics Engineering Faculty of PTIT affirmed that PTIT is open to opportunities in cooperation with international universities, especially higher education institutions participating in Euro-supported programs such as the Erasmus+ Program.

During the working days, the workshop participants attended various presentations about themes such as International Incoming and Outgoing Mobility, Towards a European Curriculum in Teacher Education, International Research Projects, Knowledge Transfer. Besides, the participants joined in-depth meetings, questions & answers sessions about cooperation among universities issues and orienting the action plan in the coming time. Especially, participants also had valuable opportunities in visisting various locations of the University of Seville such as the University Rectorate, the International Center, Sports Activities Service Center, Cultural Initiative Center, Community Assistance Service Center, as well as enjoying some of the best features in architecture, heritages and culture of Seville City with the warm hospitality and excellent organisation by the International Center of the University of Seville.
