With determination of human resources as a valuable asset, in the recent years, PTIT has developed a sustainable HR structure with core value of highly qualified staff, employees and lecturers.

In PTIT, there are nearly 800 staff, employees and lecturers, in which more than 70% of personnel involved in teaching, practice – internship guidance, research and technology transfer with 100%  lecturers having Master’s degree upwards who have been professionally trained in domestic and international universities.
