VLIR-UOS Scholarship in Flanders for the academic year 2023-2024

VLIR-UOS supports partnerships between universities and university colleges, in Flanders and the South, that are searching for answers to global and local challenges. This program stimulates cooperative projects between professors, researchers and lecturers and award grants to students and professionals in Flanders and the South. Finally, it helps to reinforce higher education in the South and the development-relevant internationalisation of higher education in Flanders.

The VLIR-UOS scholarship allows student to study one of fifteen master’s degree programs in Belgium. These programs are all taught in English at one of the five Flanders universities, ranked among the best in Europe.

5⃣   Five universities in the program include:

– Ghent Universiteit Gent

– University of Antwerp UAntwerpen

– VUB VUB – Vrije Universiteit Brussels

– KU Leuven KU Leuven

– Hasselt University Universiteit Hasselt

Candidates from 29 eligible countries (including Vietnam) can apply for a full scholarship from November 2022.
