PTIT successfully organised a series of events of PROEUHE Project

The following event was held at Ba Vi National Park with the attendance of Prof. Jian SHI – Jean Monet Chair Professor; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Quang Anh – Vice President of Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology and Assoc.Prof.Dr. Hoang Huu Hanh – Director of Center for International Education. With the topic of Sharing Internationalization Experiences, the event had the participation of many special professors from European countries and education experts from universities in Vietnam. The event took place successfully with the practical presentations: Internationalization at TU Vienna through Ph.D. training in Vietnam; EU’s Visibility at the Campus: The EU Courses at SCU in Implementation of EU Projects; International cooperation in quality-oriented university development; International cooperation between universities and local development; Economic, Political, and Cultural Significance of the Euro; Steppingstones for internationalization.

The series of activities ended with a roundtable discussion event “internationalization of higher education” taking place at PTIT’s campus on September 16, 2022. Attending the meeting, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Quang Anh – Vice president of PTIT emphasized the importance of connection capacity among higher education institutions to enhance the process of internationalization in Higher Education in education, research and technology transfer.

At the roundtable discussion event “Connection in the internationalization of higher education”, the invited speakers discussed the following topics: Global University cooperation on Digital Innovation in DX society; Inter-University Cooperation for capacity building; University Collaboration in the Era of Globalization; ITU cooperation with Vietnam and PTIT; Internationalisation Through International projects: then, now and future.

Previously, PROEUHE project was the first project implemented by PTIT under the Jean Monnet Projects (Jean Monnet Information Project – 621079-EPP-l-2020-1-VN -EPPJMOPROJECT belongs to Jean Monnet Actions – Erasmus+ Program 2015 – 2021) which aims to promote European higher education through multimedia media.

After the first phase of implementation, the project has achieved certain results such as: Organizing Events – Training Workshops: EU Day events in 2020, 2021, and 2022; Kick-off and project introduction; Summer School; Training Workshop. In addition, the project has produced multimedia publications such as:
