About the program:

PhD students who have enrolled at PTIT can spend 50% of the time with PTIT and 50% of the time with UTS. During the time at PTIT and UTS, students will work under the co- supervision of supervisors from both PTIT and UTS (joint publications, joint project). UTS will offer full scholarship for qualified PhD students to do research at UTS (School of Computing and Communications, UTS) in Sydney (including tuition/fee and stipend of  AUD$38,000 for 18 months). When students complete the program, they will be conferred a PhD degree from UTS.

Research areas: Electronics and Computer Science (5G Wireless, RF design, Machine Learning, Big Data, Medical Signal Processing, Mobile Networking, Cyber Security, Internet of Things).

Supervisors: Joint supervision by PTIT and UTS professors (joint project, joint publications)
